For a DIY as myself , this manual teaches the logic, the shortcuts, what to say?...all the things one needs to know.
The book is beautifully printed, information is presented in a logic sequence and in a VERY comprenhesive manner.
If you have a Series 3 BMW and want to understand your car, this is THE book.

If you have a BMW or thinking of buying one used, you really ought to have a thorough service book like this. Repairs on BMW can be very expensive, and the information available in books of this high quality are going to save you big time. Don't hesitate to buy the Bentley Publisher service books, they are an amazing bargain.

As an international buyer, I have found it to be an invaluable book for my car. Ok, LHD is not a major issue with most components found on the opposite side to what the book refers to.

If you plan to keep your car for a while this is the book to have. Accurate service and maintenance info. It will allow you to do much of the work yourself. For the times you take the car to someone else, you will know what is an appropriate labor quote. Great electrical/fuse box diagrams in the back. I highly recommend this book.
